All items are sold as is, where is and with all faults. Capital Online Auctions does not offer any kind of warranty, expressed or implied as to any item's condition, quality or value. All of the winning bidders must pick up the items on the designated date during the designated times. The buyers are responsible for disconnecting any plumbing, shelving or other items that are connected. The buyers are responsible for any damage that they cause. Any items not picked up during those times will be considered abandoned.

Online auction starts closing Wednesday July 6th 2022 at 11 am.  The first item in catalog order will close at 11 am, then 1 item per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and  keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s). 

 

Preview Inspection Date: By appointment on Tuesday, July 5th 2022 from 10 AM- 1 PM.

 

Preview Appointment: The preview sign up will appear on this portal the day before the above date: https://www.signupgenius.com/org/COA

 

Removal: By appointment on Friday, July 8th 2022 from 10 AM-4 PM. Removal appointment invitations will be sent via email after auction payments are processed. Local pickup only. No items will be shipped.
