15% buyers premium if paying with a credit card, 10% buyers premium if paying with cash or check. Bidders have the option of coming to pick up their won items Tuesday post auction, when they can then pay with cash or check.. All sales subject to 6% MD sales tax. Everything sold as is. Payment will be proccessed on all won items ONE WEEK after the end of the sale unless otherwise noted, all items MUST be picked up on Tuesday from 9 to 6, if not picked up, cards will be charge the next day and at week end of the sale the property becomes the auction company's again.
