Two units. B6 and J4. 10x10. The winning bidder will be notified via email upon auction close. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to contact Meadows Auction to pay after the auction ends and to pick up the unit contents within 72 hours. 5% Buyers Premium-No Reserve. No preview for these auctions. Auction will end Friday, July 8th starting at 9:00 AM. 2nd unit will start ending at 9:05 AM. The listed ending time for each unit is the scheduled time for that unit to end. This time will be extended if a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of that unit ending. The other unit continues ending in order. The bidding extension is an automated feature on the website. The purpose of the extended bidding is to allow you to submit a competing bid if another buyer outbids you as the time is nearly expired. Payment due by 3:00 PM on Friday, July 8th Payment by credit card, PayPal or if by cash you must come to our location at Green Sulphur Springs, WV on Friday, July 8th at 3:00 PM. You will have 72 hours to completely clean out unit and broom sweep. $50 deposit which will be refunded after unit is completely cleaned and swept. You will be given a code for gate and lock.
