Please register no more than 3 days out from the live auction date. Pre-approval to bid is required for this sale, and no guarantees are made that you will be approved if you try and register less than 3 days from the live auction date.

The property and vehicles are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and without any contingencies, including financing. Closing will be set 30 to 60 days from the auction date or as soon thereafter as closing documents are available.

Broker/realtor participation is available, please contact the auction coordinator no later than 3 days before the auction to go over those specific terms and conditions.

A 10% deposit or $10000 (whichever is greater) is due immediately after confirmation of final bid and the balance due at closing within 30 to 60 days, unless prior written arrangements have been made by contacting Tom Abbott at (814)-724-9947. Deposits must be in the form of a cashier's check or certified check (from a US bank) made payable to yourself.
