The majority of items on this auction are overstock, shelf-pulls and display models from an online retailer. Most are open box, damaged box or no box. They may have small cosmetic imperfections. A small percentage are customer returns. We describe the items to the best of our ability. These items ARE IN WORKING CONDITION, THE MAJORIITY HAVE BEEN TESTED AND WORK AS THEY SHOULD. ANY DAMAGED PRESENT WILL BE NOTED IF APPLICABLE. If you purchase an item and feel it is not as described on our auction, contact us within 24 hours of the end of pick-up. It is up to you as the buyer to inspect the photos and schedule an appointment to view items in person to judge the condition prior to bidding. Please keep in mind that you are buying from an auction, not a retail store. All items are sold "as is, where is". We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you feel that an item you purchased is not as described in the listing, you can contact us within 24 hours of pickup. If you are unable to pick up your items on pick-up day, we can hold your items for up to one week, BUT you need to pay your invoice and notify us by the end of the day on pick-up day. Any items not paid for by the end of pick-up day or paid for and not picked up after 1 week will be considered abandoned and forfeited by the buyer. Sorry, but there are NO EXCEPTIONS.
