This is an Article 9 Foreclosure sale. The sale will be held on an “as is, where is” and “with faults” basis and without recourse, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, any representation or warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Specifically, but without limitation of the foregoing, there will be no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment, or the like made or given.

Creditor reserves the right to establish reasonable bidding procedures, including, without limitation, adequate assurance of such bidder’s ability to perform as Creditor may request, which may include a required deposit.  Creditor reserves the right to credit bid at the public sale.  Creditor also reserves the right to adjourn, continue, or cancel the public sale without further notice.
