208 EAGLE LANE, Palmdale, CA 93551 In the AV Country Club Condos (Near the intersection of 10th Street West and Rancho Vista Blvd. Access to AV Country Club from the traffic control light at Fairway Drive and Rancho Vista Blvd - or I personally find it easiest to enter the tract from Avenue O and Division to avoid as many small streets and turns. There will be signs but please use your GPS for directions!)
Because of the projected heat this weekend, this sale will be a little different. We will begin at 6:00 am (instead of our normal 8:00 am start time) and stop at 2:00 pm. There are limited appointments available for presale buyers. Email me for an appointment.
There is limited parking in front of condo reserved for loading and plenty of street parking a few doors down on Becky Lane. Please do not block any neighboring driveways.
This two-story 2,000 square foot condominium is jam packed with unique tasteful items and collectibles. The owner has an artistic palette and has collected wall art, art glass, blown glass, crystal, rugs, beautiful furniture, books and antiques. There are a few patio items and plants as well. All contents are for sale.
