ALL FIREARMS AND ACCESSORIES ARE SOLD AS-IS WITH NO GAURENTEE AS TO CONDITION. PHYSICAL INSPECTION IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Gun Sale Auction Terms & Conditions

1. All firearms are sold in accordance with Federal and Nebraska State Laws. Purchasers of modern firearms who are Nebraska residents must complete state and federal registration forms and have a current Nebraska drivers license and a Nebraska purchase permit or a Concealed Carry permit, or FFL.
Any out of state buyers must have guns shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. This information must be provided by email to nebraskaliquidationsllc@yahoo.com within 48 hours of purchase. A 30.00 per gun transfer fee plus packing and shipping will be payed by purchaser. Purchaser must be 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a hand gun.

2. A $3 state surcharge will be charged on each modern firearm purchase that are subject to NE state sales tax. The state surcharge does not apply to antique firearms.

3. Purchasers wishing to have firearms shipped must provide a signed copy of a Federal Firearms License from a dealer that your purchase can be shipped to. Please email to nebraskaliquidationsllc@yahoo.com within 48 hours of the conclusion of the auction.

4. Gun dealers holding a Federal Firearms License must provide a signed and up-to-date copy of their license. No background check is required for FFL holders. In addition a sales tax exemption number can be provided to avoid paying NE sales tax.

5. All Firearms sold only to US Residents. All out of state buyers must meet all of the requirements of their home state. No hand guns may be transferred to out of state purchasers unless they have an FFL. For those who are out of state and purchase a handgun but are not an FFL, the handgun will need to be shipped to an FFL in your state for an additional cost. You will then need to complete the necessary paperwork with that FFL dealer.

10. All firearms are sold "AS IS." The seller and auction company do no warrant the authenticity or condition of any items. Descriptive references contained in any document or used by any person in describing the items being sold are used for convenience only.

Please see preview times available for the auction to examine items to your satisfaction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

2. All items MUST be picked up during the specified pickup time. No exceptions will be made. Failure to remove items during stated time will result in forfeiture of item(s). Buyer's credit card will still be charged full amount.

3. All items are sold without reserve to the highest bidder. Estimates contained in any document or used by any person in reference to items being sold are for buyer's convenience only.

4. Title of each lot passes to the high bidder when the lot is "struck down." Thereafter, any loss is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Items are packed and transported by the purchaser at his own risk and expense.

5. Nebraska Liquidations LLC. reserves the right to withdraw any property before the auction.

6. All bids are per lot, as numbered, unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer.

7. Any action, claim, complaint, expense, judgment, liability, loss, obligation, penalty, and suit of every kind will exclusively construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claim or controversy between the parties is Nebraska.

8. ABSENTEE BIDDING: Absentee bids will be accepted for this auction. Bidding is competitive with the auction floor, therefore, it is possible to buy lots for less than your maximum bid. If the bid falls to the auction floor on the maximum bid, the item will be sold to the auction floor. The auctioneer will not go higher than the maximum bid. In the event of duplicate bids, the first bid received will take precedence.

9. ONLINE BIDDING: Bidders are approved for online bidding based on their previous records and information provided by HiBid. Credit card payment information must be entered before approval. Approval is solely at the discretion of Nebraska Liquidations llc . We are not aware of any online bids in advance, but only during the time of the auction as they are forwarded to our computer. Nebraska Liquidations. will not be responsible for any omissions, errors or slow communications related to online bidding. In the event of a tie bid between a floor bidder and an online bidder, the floor bidder will take precedence. The auctioneer's decision in this matter is final. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be charged to all successful online bidders paying with credit card. The buyer's premium will be 10% on all invoices paid with cash . Credit Cards will be run at the conclusion of auction unless we are notified you will be paying cash at designated pickup period for all items. NO CHECKS WILL BE APPROVED. SHIPPING WILL TAKE PLACE AFTER LOCAL PICK UP HAS BEEN DONE. USUALLY THE FOLLOWING WEEK. IT COULD TAKE UP TO THREE WEEK TO GET YOUR PACKAGE. THIS IS NOT EBAY OR AMAZON. Please be aware that any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, it is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Nebraska Liquidations LLC Auction Service shall have no responsibility for any error or omission.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. We make no guarantees to the item being complete, in working order or any guarantee of the above. You may come inspect the items for your own judgement by appointment.
BUYERS PREMIUM: are charged on all sales. They will change from sale to sale. It is the buyer job to check what the fee is before bidding on this Auction. All Sales are FINAL!
AUCTIONEERS COMMENTS: All bidders shall have their financing in order, and able to pay in certified funds within 12 hours of the auction closing. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
BIDDING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: It is the buyer's responsibility to understand all the term and conditions prior to submitting any/all bids. When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. Nebraska Liquidations LLC is acting as agents for the seller. All auctions are sold with no reserve unless otherwise stated. Reserves, if any, will not be disclosed. All final bids are subject to seller's confirmation. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Credit Card & cash. Payment must be made at the conclusion of the auction or within 12 hours of the conclusion of the auction. SALES TAX: Sales tax will be paid by the buyer. Unless you have no tax filed with us.
NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot.
The auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. Please be sure to check back for any updates or changes. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR THE AUCTIONEERS INCLUDING Nebraska Liquidations LLC Will be HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies. Bids may not be cancelled or retracted for any reason. NON-PAYING BIDDERS or fraudulent bidding will subject you to legal recourse and possible criminal charges including any fraud and/or interstate commerce violations. You also acknowledge that the Internet may be an unreliable and error prone network. Nebraska Liquidations LLC will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion.
