Auction is subject to cancellation by John Pischke Auctioneer due to Computer black out, power outages, tornados, hurricanes, rioting, civil unrest, acts of war, or any other events that may adversely affect this auction before its completion & final closing by John Pischke Auctioneer ncal 9625. 4. You must submit your credit card information to be able to bid. 5. 13% buyer's premium added to bid price. 6. Sales tax will not be added to purchase price. 7. All items sold as is, where is. For items that are not picked up at designated day and time buyer may be responsible for cost of moving/disposing of non picked up items. Charges will be dependent on item. 11.
