ALL FURNISHINGS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE FINAL DAY OF THE SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS! 4. All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS". 5. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to check your merchandise for damage, scratches etc. ANY damage that we notice is on the sales tag. Terms and Conditions: 6. You MUST bring help to load large items. The River Club requires all guests to follow the traffic rules; speed limit 20 mph throughout entire neighborhood and adhering to all stop signs and crossings. 5. Items to be picked up after the sale would need arrangements made prior to pick up for access into the neighborhood.
