·         We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards for sales over $10.00 but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debit Card transactions.

·        We do not accept Checks.

·         Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales. Ampersand does not provide moving help.

·         We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·         All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

·         Sale Hours:

Friday 9am to 3pm

Saturday 10am to 3pm

·         Numbers are given out at 8am on Friday & 9am Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

·         We believe we have fairly priced the items to sell the first day.

·         On Friday we will be full price but we are willing to entertain offers.

·         On Saturday we will be 50% off most items that cost more than $5.00 & we will be willing to entertain all other offers.  We will be accepting more aggressive offers towards the end of the day on Saturday.

·         This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.
