This sale is located in a private home. All guests will be asked to sign a release before entering. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. No hand bags or back packs will be permitted. We ask that you bring your own packing and boxes. We accept all major credit cards, but do not accept checks.

Description This is a great estate sale of an artist with really beautiful items. The house is a French Country style home. The furnishings are a combination of French Country, antique, and contemporary design. There are also a significant number of original oil painting and drawings from the artist. Beautiful pieces.
The collection includes fine china, porcelain, and crystal items from some of the most desirable names.
The collection of furniture includes furnishings that are high quality hand crafted pieces and/or antiques, which have been preserved beautifully. There are multiple couches, chairs, 2 dining tables, a hand painted glass topped coffee table, dressers, hutches, an antique sink, multiple antique doors, bookshelves, Brown Jordan patio furniture, an outdoor fountain, multiple vintage yard ornaments, and so much more.
The collection does not stop there. This estate includes a grand collection of art supplies, an antique bird cage that has been featured in magazines, vintage dolls, potted succulent arrangements, an Apple Mac computer, books, many kitchen items, and household goods. The details are truly amazing.
There is also a great collection of beautiful designer handbags, shoes, jewelry, and clothes. The designers include, but are not limited to, Christian Dior, Prada, Kate Spade, Emilio Pucci, Armani, Stuart Weitzman, and Salvatore Ferragamo.

Parking There is plenty of street parking in front of the house.
There is additional parking in the Palisades Lutheran Church parking lot. The address of the parking lot is 15905 Sunset Blvd., Pacific Palisades, 90272. This is across the street from the house. The security guard will direct you if needed.
Follow our signs that will be posted along all major intersections.
