We are proud to offer a one-of-a-kind sale of the personal property of the man with many talents and interests.

 

Nicholas J. Gonedes The Wharton School Accounting Professor and one of the longest-serving faculty members of the school.

In addition to teaching and helping others succeed in business, Nicholas was a great collector of antique clocks, record players, trains, furniture, musical instruments, and much more.

He found joy in the discovery of how something like a clock or a record player that was created over a century ago worked. He enjoyed restoring well-crafted pieces back to their original beauty and had a discerning eye for older collectibles in pristine condition. Nicholas was a optimistic, courageous, and he held so much strength. It was a privilege to be part of his world.

 

Our goal is that all of the items in his collection go to the hands of people who would appreciate the collectibles that Mr. Gonedes loved and had passion for.
