1969 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Fastback with 428 Cobra Jet 7.0L V8 Engine and 47, 262 Miles

Originally purchased in Georgia in 1974 by its second owner, this black jade 1969 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Fastback hasn’t seen the light of day or the real road in over 40 years! Last registered and road driven back in 1986, having only 47, 262 Miles, this car has seen more barn critters and spiders than local car shows in its lifetime. This car features the desired 428 Cobra Jet 7.0L V8 Engine, 336 Horse Power Engine, 3 Speed Automatic Transmission, RWD, White Leather Interior, Interior Lights, AM/FM Radio, Passenger Dash Clock, Fold Down Rear Seats, and More! It’s got a 352 Engine Block, Holly double pump carburetor (Cast Intake Number: 9019), Dual point distributer, and has no identifiable numbers on the Harmonic balancer. This Shelby starts and runs but only on idle (carbs need cleaning) and the brakes are inoperable due to sitting. There is some mouse damage to the headliner above both sun visors and a rusted hole through the exhaust pipe just before the muffler (Photographed). Appears to be all original.
