In the Boulders at the Ranch II Mobile Home Park Village 5200 Entrar Drive, Space #84 Palmdale, CA 93551
(Near the intersection of 50th Street West/Rancho Vista Blvd. and West Avenue N-8)
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Access into the mobile home park is strictly controlled by security guards at the front gate. In order to drive inside the park and get close to the sale, please be prepared to show your current ID and up-to-date vehicle registration. A security guard will then open the front gate to allow vehicle entrance.
Street parking is also available outside of the park on both sides of Entrar Drive for those not wanting to go through security with their vehicle.
Once past the gate and inside the park, turn left at the first stop sign and drive past the clubhouse. Follow the street as it turns to the right and continue westward to space #84 on your left. There is street parking where available. Additional parking is available in front of the clubhouse and just a short walk to the sale. Please do not block any neighboring driveways.
Because of the projected heat this weekend, this sale will be a little different. We will begin at 7:00 am (instead of our normal 8:00 am start time) and stop at 2:00 pm. There are limited appointments available for presale buyers. Email me for an appointment. We anticipate selling out on Friday so be sure to get here!
This double-wide manufactured home has a combination of traditional and antique furniture and decor as well as many tasteful items and collectibles.
There are a few patio items and plants as well. All contents are for sale.
