PICK UP DATES: AUGUST 15TH OR AUGUST 16TH FROM 9 AM TO 4 PM
A $25 per day lot storage fee will be assessed per item after pick-up time frame has ended.
Items not picked up within 10 days of a sale ending will be considered abandoned by the winning bidder, regardless of payment status.

Sales Tax & Buyer’s Fee:
Buyers Fee is Charged on a Per Auction Per Item Basis.

Autos are subject to 6.5% MN Vehicle Sales Tax, unless you have a MN sales tax exempt form (ST3) or Dealer License copy on file with us.
The buyer of any titled item will be responsible for paying sales tax & any registration fees at time of payment. Out of State residents will pay vehicle sales tax/reg. fees in their resident state.
WINNING BIDDERS OF A TITLED ITEM MUST PROVIDE A VALID ID AND CURRENT PROOF OF INSURANCE BEFORE PICKUP.

Debit & Credit Cards will be accepted for transactions under $500 with a 3% processing fee applied to each transaction.
Cash, Cashier’s Check & Bank Wire only for all transactions over $500.
Please make all Cashier’s Checks payable to "NORTHWOODS AUCTION CO. LLC".
All cashier’s checks will be verified by the financial institution they were drawn on.
Any transactions over $9999 must be paid for via bank wire transfer.
