Welcome and thank you for looking at our items. Please be sure to read THE ENTIRE item description. This is an online bidding sale and all winning bidders will be responsible for ensuring their payments are received.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is, where-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you are committing to buying.

We are hoping for more local pick-ups because there are so many items. We will not ship furniture. If you purchase an item and you request shipping, buyer agrees to all packaging and shipping costs. Zelle or Cash app is accepted for shipping only. Item/items will not ship until shipping payment is received. Shipping funds must be received within 3 days after we notify you of the packing & shipping costs.

There will be 2 pick-up days. Friday, August 19th and Saturday, August 20th between 3:30 & 4:30p.m. All names will be needed to provide to the security company at the gate. A valid drivers license will be required to enter through security.
