Sale Address is revealed Wednesday prior to sale.
We are required to collect sales tax. Day #1 is full price, Day #2 is 20% Off, and Day #3 is up to 50% off all items. NOT ALL ITEMS ARE 50% OFF ON THE LAST DAY, MOST ARE HOWEVER SOME OF THE LARGER ITEMS GET MARKED DOWN. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. 24 hour security on site & Video Surveillance in use. No early sales, those who attempt to enter early will be turned away. No early online or over the phone sales prior to sale opening hours. No holding items for individuals including family, friends, neighbors, longtime customers, etc. Everyone is treated as equal, so please do not call and put us in the uncomfortable position of having to tell you no. No price or additional info can be given before sale due to our busy schedules and finalizing sale. Prices in photos may change as pictures are sometimes taken before final price check. Items in photos are subject to availability as we do allow new home owners and family members to walk through when requested prior to public sale. In regards to the purchase of larger items, you must pull the string tag and bring to the check out. For example you may be number on inline, but someone beats you to pulling the string tag, items sales to the individual with tag. Parkway Group is not responsible for any injuries that may occur. We do have staff on hand that can assist with loading of items and at times can deliver for a small delivery fee. Please be mindful of neighbors properties and drives and following parking instructions. We look forward to seeing you all there and hope you all enjoy your shopping experience with us. |
