If you do not have an appointment, you will be assisted on a first come first served basis, with the persons with an appointment being assisted first.
ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON SCHEDULED LOAD OUT DAY WILL BE FORFEIT.
If you have an emergent situation ( ie, you have Covid or your children are sick) PLEASE TEXT US at 816.682.5670 or 816.277.9746 to make other arrangements for picking up your items.
