Sign-in sheet will be placed outside the home as early as possible prior to 9am. The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale as well as help us practice social distancing throughout the sale. Doors open at 9am. All items that are reserved in the hold area must be paid for in full. As always, please be respectful to the neighbors, but please do not speak to neighbors about the estate sale. Free, but limited neighborhood parking, as we are close to the beach. Watch for Street Sweeping signs. Our home has 3 parking spaces of it's own that are available on a first come first serve basis & should turn over pretty quickly. We can’t wait to see you!
