For controlled entry, we will call people in the home in the order they signed up. Please do not remove our sign-up sheet to start your own. You must be present when we call your name. ★★★RETURNS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL and items sold "AS IS", with no guarantee or warranty so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully. ★★★PRICING INFORMATION: We do not provide pricing information prior to the sale. ★★★PAYMENT: Xcntric Estate Sales accepts cash and major credit cards with a minimum purchase of 10.00. ★★★REMOVAL OF ITEMS: We ask that you please bring tools and extra muscle upon removal of large items.
