Listing Information

Oh, what a sale this week !! Tools, antiques, furniture, we got it !! Please pardon the slight mess in the house, a contractor, while doing repairs, broke a water line, so when we say we’re selling all the way to the wall studs, we really mean it !

The sale will be Friday and Saturday, September, (SEPTEMBER ??? How can that be ?), 2nd-3rd, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. The address is 920 Magnolia, in Lake Jackson. Please remember, slow it down as you travel through school zones !!!

The sign up sheet will go out Friday morning, around 8:00, and we’ll begin calling in the names on the list around 8:45. The yucky mosquitoes have been pretty fierce, so keep your spray handy.

Please don’t block the streets, driveways, etc., the Lake Jackson officers keep their citation pencils pretty darned sharp. Just sayin’.

The house is crowded, leave your cranky pants in the car, please.

NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS !!!!

Large purses, backpacks, and such will be subject to search, if needed. If ya feel the need to steal other folk’s stuff, just don’t.

Estate Liquidators DOES NOT provide carriers, haulers, nor pack mules. If you need, we can provide the name/number of a reliable moving company.

For folks who don’t know, we price everything in the home/shop. Large or bulky items are marked with two part tags. If you want to buy an item marked like this, please take THE BOTTOM HALF,(I wrote that slowly, to help ya understand the concept), of the tag. Hang onto it, until you pay for the item(s). If you decide you don’t wish to purchase it, please find an EL worker, (we actually wear shirts, that say “Estate Liquidators” on them, we’re pretty easy to spot),  and give them the tag, so they can reattach it.
