Fixed wing multi-engine, TSIO 520D turbo supercharged injected engines (estimated by prior owner as installed in 1995 in California) with an estimation of 750 engine hours 

Prior party owned the plane for app 25 years and is estimating 5,000 hours on the frame. Prior owner has supplied various receipts that can be obtained for review (please see below) inc $30,000.00 receipt from the middle of 2015. . Prior owner mentioned that a newer prop was installed in app 2008. After the last AD-waste gate stated as replaced along with turbo controller.

For the last 28 years, the aircraft has been primarily stored indoors in CO, Eastern WA, ID and CA, dry country environments

Please note that as of this date, the log books have not been obtained, no battery cover

Last time the airplane was photographed in the air was the middle of 2021. Flight Aware outlines a July 27th, 2019 flight near Casper, WY.

The last known annual on the unit was completed in 2017-2018. In 2015, an AD as outlined as completed

Prior party owned the plane for app 25 years and is estimating 5,000 hours on the frame. Prior owner has supplied various receipts that can be obtained for review (please see below) inc $30,000.00 receipt from the middle of 2015. . For the last 28 years, the aircraft has been primarily stored indoors in CO, Eastern WA, ID and CA, dry country environments
