Auction Terms & Conditions TERMS OF SALE (unless otherwised noted or announced at live auction)

Cards on file will be charged after the auction pick up time. If you wish to pay with cash, you will automatacially have that option on pick up day. There is an additional 4% buyer's premium for credit card purchases.

COME GET YOUR STUFF!! We are not a storage facility! Anything not picked up during the auction pick up day will be charged to the card tied to your Hibid account, EVEN IF YOU ARE A "CASH BUYER"!!
On large items with titles, arrangements must be made between buyer and auctioneer as to method of payment and title exchange. Anything left after pick up day will be left for the new owners, resold, or donated, and we will charge you for the item(s). SO COME GET YOUR ITEMS! I know every relative you have has COVID, and your grandma died, and you blew out a tire on the way to take your dog to the vet to be put down, but COME GET YOUR STUFF!! If you can't make it on pick up day, send someone, don't bid, or have it shipped. No, I can't bring your items back with me (I get asked by at least 15 people every auction), COME GET YOUR STUFF!

Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. We are providing as much detailed information as possible and will try to answer any questions when asked.

There is a 10% buyers premium on all items.

The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increments he feels is in the best interest of his client, the Seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the Seller.

Shipping
If you want to set up shipping just email us or send us a message after you win. 479-213-4180. Shipping is available at buyers expense. There will also be $5 handling fee per box (not item) shipped. WE WILL NOT SHIP LARGE ITEMS such as furniture, Paintings, TV's. If you are unsure on an item, just contact us. 479-213-4180

Buyers must come prepared and with plenty of help to load large/heavy item during the designated pickup time.

Buers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.
