Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting an Awesome Shirley Estate Sale on Saturday October 15th from 9am-2pm. This is estate is filled with years of accumulation! To start off you will find numerous antiques, John Wayne posters & memorabilia, Disney cells, Thomas Kinkade art, old photos, early photo lanterns & viewers, early stereo views, American, ephemera, vintage gumball machines, original Asteroids arcade game, old clocks, chess sets, surfboards, old books, furniture, oak file cabinet, costume jewelry, vintage toys, baseball & sports cards, 1880's rifle, primitives, advertising, old signs, tins, vintage telephones, electronics, radios, vintage cameras, art, prints, lithographs, tools, exercise equipment, Ford E250 work van, wicker outdoor furniture, collectibles, household goods, knick-knacks & a jam packed 2 story garage filled with treasures!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you! Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure you stay & are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier). Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
