ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AN AUCTION CLOSING WILL BECOME SOLE PROPERTY OF AUCTION 18, LLC. AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. No exceptions or leniency in regard to this policy. SHIPPING AVAILABILITY: ***PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL BEFORE BIDDING TO DISCUSS SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS*** ***PLEASE REVIEW THE SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS BELOW BEFORE BIDDING*** Shipping MAY be available on select smaller sized items. All large items will need to be picked up from the estate/auction location. Please call 601-724-1730 or email us at Auction18Brandon@Gmail.com to discuss all shipping arrangements. *Shipping one single item requires a minimum purchase totalling $50.00 USD. *Shipping multiple items requires a minimum purchase totalling $75.00 USD. *Please contact us the morning following the auction's closing with your credit/debit card information for shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer/bidder to contact Auction 18, LLC in regards to shipping arrangements. All items will tentatively ship the week following the auction ending. Please allow a MINIMUM of 10-12 business days for shipments to be prepared for drop off. A 15% buyers premium will be added to the highest bid/total purchase price. Payment in full will be charged to the winning bidder upon the closing of the auction. No credit card charge backs allowed. Mississippi 7% SALES TAX IS CHARGED unless a resale tax permit/exemption number is on file. All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without any guarantees or warranties from Auction 18 LLC. All item details can be found under the "Item Description" section of each listing. Auction 18 LLC. describes each item to the best of their ability. It is the sole responsibility of each bidder to personally inspect each item he/she wishes to bid on as well as carefully read the item descriptions. Items are sold AS IS with YOU making the decision in regard to authenticity.
