The Fine Estates Auction is an online only auction. Real-time online-only bidding is available on the Briggs Auction "Bid At Briggs" platform and Live Auctioneers.
Merchandise pickup will take place at the Briggs Auction Showroom in Garnet Valley. In order to bid in this auction, you must register on the Bid At Briggs online bidding platform or Live Auctioneers, and may not register in person. Mobile bidding is available with the Briggs Auction and Live Auctioneers apps. The Buyer’s Premium of 20% (Briggs Auction) /25% (Live Auctioneers) will be added to each successful bid. PA State Sales Tax (6%) will be applied to each sale, including the buyer’s premium, unless exempted by law. All merchandise must be paid in full within one week of the auction date. All pickups require a paid receipt. We are unable to accept payment at the pickup. All items must be removed from Briggs Auction, Inc. within 30 days of the auction. After 30 days a $5 per day storage fee accrues. All items are sold AS IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE.
