Interesting sale this week! Ranch of a well-known Texas Family! The main large ranch home was built in the 1960's. Most of the original pieces of furniture and decor are still in the home. Please see all photos. When driving in, please follow the signs. You will pass 4 other buildings before arriving at the main home at the end of the road. The original ranch was over 1200 acres. The barns are not within walking distance of the home. DO NOT GO IN OTHER BUILDINGS. Robert will assist you with items in one building! There will be a few items for sale in the 2nd large barn. WARNING! If you choose to go in the building, we have seen snakes, including a timber rattlesnake. If you are interested in the large tractor or other large pieces of machinery, please wear appropriate clothing and wear gloves. We are not responsible for any accidents out here. Serious buyers only in the barn. Please ask Robert for assistance at the main home. Be assured that the ranch home is lovely and we have not seen any varmints in the home! |
