 All items Treasure Chest Estate Sale sells are pre-owned and used. You should expect the signs of wear. While we do our best to provide multiple images, any damage, description, and measurements, the absence of descriptive condition must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition.

 Auctions do not work like retail stores where you can return an item or get a refund. So, you must be sure that you can uphold your end of the agreement before placing your bid(s). Buyer agrees that they MAY NOT RETURN AN ITEM THEY PURCHASED OR REQUEST A REFUND.

 SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE. WE USE USPS SERVICE. A HANDLING FEE IN ADDITION TO SHIPPING COST WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPPING ORDERS. MULTIPLE LOTS WILL BE COMBINED TO MAKE SHIPPING AS COST EFFECTIVE AS POSSIBLE. SHIPPING FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE. ALL ITEMS WILL BE READY FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE LOCAL PICKUP DATE.

Pick up: Sunday 10/9 10:00AM – 12:00PM. Pick up on Monday 10/10 BY APPOINTMENTS ONLY.

 If the name of the individual picking up the items does not match the name on the account/invoice, you must send an authorization to treasurechestestate@gmail.com before the pick-up date.

For Tax-exempt purchases please make sure that you have uploaded tax-exempt information and certificate before bidding.
