Online auction starts closing at 11 am on Tuesday, October 11th, 2022.  The first item in catalog order will close at 11am, then 1 items per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and  keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s). 

Preview Inspection Date: By appointment on Monday, October 10th, 2022 from 11:00am-1:00pm.

Preview Appointment: The preview sign up will appear on this portal the day before the above date: https://www.signupgenius.com/org/COA

Removal: By appointment on Monday, October 17th, 2022 from 10am-4pm. Locations of lots are located on the catalog page under the photos and will be noted on winning bidders invoices. The removal will be split into two removal time periods as follows:

Locations 1, 2 & 3 Removal is 10/17 from 10:00am -2:00pm (by appointment)

Location 4 Removal is 10/17 from 2:30pm-4:00pm (by appointment)

Location 5 Removal is 10/17 from 10:00am - 4:00pm (by appointment)

(If you buy from both locations, please plan schedule towards the end of the time frame on Removal 1)

Removal appointment invitations will be sent via email after auction payments are processed. Local pickup only. No items will be shipped.
