We do a pretty good job at research and believe we offer a pretty fair price for the items... as such, we do not negotiate pricing on the first day. That being said, we discount quickly throughout the three days with the intention of selling everything that is for sale!! 4. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and request that everyone be nice to one another. If there is a problem please ask someone from our team to assist you if we can. Any true estate seller knows that giggle- the one that comes as a knee-jerk reaction to discovering something completely awesome when you least expect it. It has that special ring to it because it is without artifice... and for the more enthusiastic it is often accompanied by handclapping and/or the "ohhs", "ahhs" or "Oh.... my..... goodness, did ya'll see this???'s " Our team loves doing time capsule estate sales and this MidMod Madam made us giggle time and again for its treasures. Among them are: Costume and Real Jewelry, Vintage EVERYTHING in the kitchen including Tupperware, Corningware, Collectible glassware including Coca Cola and Pepsi Walt Disney Collectibles (Star Wars, 1980 and other late 70's including Minnie, Tweety, Sylvester...), Vintage crystal stemware, cameras, dolls, collectible stuffed animals, boxes upon boxes of vintage and older sewing patterns, collectible newspapers and magazines (Kennedy, NASA, Watergate, Princess Diana, etc), collectible antique history books on Texas, Indians and the like, antique toys (metal and iron) and vintage games, full set of Mikasa "Painted Sands," vintage Christmas (so cute!), MidMod EVERYTHING-bedroom furniture (3 sets), couches, chairs, lamps (OMG), kitchen and office!!! Military collectibles, the coolest and totally vintage coffee/tea set (see pic), some woodworking tools, clocks, tons and tons of midmod and vintage figurines, washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer (all of which are fairly new), Electric hospital bed (Idrive), Lift, Wheelchairs ... So very much more.
