By participating in this auction, Buyers agree to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and Bellamy & Co. LLC.

Cash, Check, and Certified Funds accepted with Proper ID. All items sold as is, where is, with no guarantees / warranties expressed or implied.

Information is gathered from sources deemed reliable though is subject to inaccuracies or misrepresentations. Buyers are to satisfy themselves as to condition prior to bidding.

Not responsible for accidents. Items are to be removed immediately following the close of the auction. Nothing is to be removed prior to be being paid for in full. Any items left are at the risk and responsibility of the buyer.

All disputes will be settled in Alfalfa County Oklahoma. If purchases are not settled within 2 business days of the close of the auction, it is in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on Bellamy & Co. LLC auctions as well as MarkNet auctions and will be charged 25% of bid price or $500, whichever is greater, and the merchandise will be forfeited back to Bellamy & Co. LLC. Any items remaining after 10 days of the auction ending are considered forfeited and become property of Bellamy & Co. LLC.

No refunds will be given. Any items remaining on sale site after pickup are subject to forfeit with no refund.

Hold Harmless: Bidders /Buyers / Sellers agree to indemnify and save harmless Bellamy & Co. LLC, and/or their agents and employees, against any claims, actions, causes of action, demands, rights, damages, losses or costs that may be associated with participating in any Bellamy & Co. LLC auctions or events.

Bellamy & Co. LLC reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; place bids, add minimum bids or reserve prices.
