We have been commissioned to sell 13+/- abandoned storage units for Create-A-Space Storage Facility.
The units range in size from 5x10 to 10x30.
In addition, there will be several new storage “roll up” doors that are not needed in their day-to-day operations.
ON-LINE REGISTRATION & BIDDING IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION.
Online bidding located at behmsonlineauction.hibid.com Buyers – please note: A completed Sales Tax exemption form must be on file with Behm's Auction Service or you will be charged state sales tax on your purchases. If you are Tax Exempt, please click on your applicable state Tax Exemption Form above. Print and fill it out then email it to behmsauction@windstream.net.
TERMS: 2-day removal of units, deposit required on each unit, additional terms posted online. Announcements on day of auction take precedence over printed material.
