A small evening size clutch is acceptable. No strollers or carts. There are large shade trees at the entrance and water will be provided for anyone in line.
Payment is accepted via cash or with proper ID, Visa, MasterCard or Discover and are at the discretion of management.
We are a licensed business and must collect sales tax. If you are tax exempt you will need to bring and leave with us a copy of your certificate, business card, show ID and fill out the appropriate form.
Please bring assistance for moving and loading if you intend to purchase large items – no assistance can be provided. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”, without warranties nor guarantees of any kind, express or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Merchandise purchased must be removed prior to the end of the sale – any other arrangements may be made for some removals after the sale, with prior arrangements with management before the purchase of the items, and at the discretion and convenience of Celebrations.
Entry to the Sale is at your own risk, and you assume all liability by entering the onto the property. There are uneven surfaces, stairs, carpets, steps etc.. You enter at your own risk and are responsible for accidents, etc..
Children are welcome so long as they stick close by the parent or guardian and are kept from wandering. They are there at your risk and you assume all liability for them and anything they may damage.

Fabulous Vintage Vegas home originally built and occupied by Howard Hughes, Hughes Tool Co. - near Rancho and Alta (this is a gated community and visitors will need to say they are there for the "Vintage Vegas Sale" to gain entry). There are large shade trees at the entrance should you have to or choose stand in line for any time.This 5,600 square foot, largely Hollywood Regency style home includes 4 fully furnished bedrooms - the furnishings are equally wonderful and include antiques as well as vintage items from the 1940s through the 1980s. Featuring gorgeous gilt furniture, a pair of gold velvet couches, a set of six hand-painted and artist signed chairs with matching china cabinet. Many other sofa sets and chair sets. Two wonderful taxidermied animals (one a thirteen point buck). A fabulous and rare acrylic bar set with the two original acrylic and chrome stools. Many original works of art including oils on panel or canvas and rare prints. Antique marble and alabaster sculptures.  The featured pieces are two oils (that anecdotally are said to have once hung in the Golden Nugget Casino, though this has not been verified); one a huge painting of Native Americans by Einar C. Petersen, image size approx 5'6"h x 3'10"w. Several sets of fine china (Lenox, Fitz & Floyd, Mikasa, Noritake) and stemware. A very large collection of New-In-Package, designer make-up and skin care - including Estee Lauder, Chanel, Givenchy and several others (see below). There is also a large selection of women's designer clothes, shoes and handbags including many wonderful vintage designer pieces – most New-With-Tags - labels include Preston & York, Escada, Christian Dior and many others (see below). Electronics - vintage to very recent - including Harman/Kardon, Panasonic, Sony and Rotel.
