All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, they are not guaranteed. If you have any questions on an item, feel free to conact us. All lots have a soft close. 13% buyer's premium and sales tax for NC residents and out of state residents picking up their items does apply, unless tax exempt number is supplied at check in. Credit card required for registration. Payment options are cash at pick up or Credit card. Please let us know how you want to pay prior to close of auction by emailing bergmanauctions@gmail.com. Payment is expected with in 24 hours after close of auction if shipping. And by end of pick up day 2, if picking up. All items must be paid for before shipping or at pick up. Preview is available by appointment only. Pick up days Friday November 18 1-5 pm and Saturday November 19 9am - 3 pm Any items left longer than 2 weeks will become the property of Bergman Auctions with no refund. Bergman Auctions reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures Bergman Auctions reserves the right to add or delete any item for any reason Please view pictures carefully, the pictures are the best description.
