When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. The first lot will close at 3:00pm with consecutive lots closing every few seconds so the last lots will close within a few hours. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. Once all of the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold.
A physical inspection of the items is encouraged before bidding - please plan to inspect the items in person on one of the scheduled preview days.

Auction Terms - 13% Buyers Premium. All purchases will be charged to your credit card on file.
Vehicles can be paid for with CASH or certified check for 10% Buyers Premium. A $500 deposit will be charged to your credit card for vehicles.
