1.) YOU MAY NOT PURCHASE AN ITEM IN THIS ON-LINE AUCTION WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD, HAVE THE ITEM SHIPPED TO YOU, AND THEN TELL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION - THAT IS FRAUD.

2.) By reading these auction terms, registering for this on-line auction, providing your credit card information to HiBid.com, and participating in this on-line auction, you are authorizing Estate Auction Pros, LLC to automatically charge your credit card on file for your on-line purchases when this auction is over.

3.) Before bidding, please make sure the item is available for shipping.

4.) Shipping is available ONLY to active bidders who have successfully registered with HiBid.com for a minimum of 60 days.

5.) If you require shipping and have NOT successfully registered with HiBid.com for a minimum of 60 days, the only acceptable payment is check or money order.

6.) IF YOU FAIL TO PICK UP YOUR ITEM(s) within 14 days after this online auction is over, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR RIGHTS to the item(s)and you will NOT receive a refund.

7.) A 15% buyer’s premium is in effect.

8.) All credit card payments will be subject to a 3% convenience fee.

9.) All items must be paid for in full within 48 hours of your winning bid notification.

10.) Estate Auction Pros, LLC may refuse any bid, from any person, for any reason, at any time.

11.) Any references with regards to age, condition, origin, rarity, significance, etc. are statements of opinion only.

12.) Estate Auction Pros, LLC will NOT be held liable for any errors or omissions in the item(s) description.

13.) You will rely solely on your own knowledge and resources and will accept full responsibility for determining the value and/or authenticity of the merchandise being offered for sale in this online auction. As a result, you will bid accordingly.

14.) All items offered for sale in this auction are sold "As-Is", "Where-Is" with NO expressed or implied warranties or guarantees of any kind.

15.) ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, and NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

16.) In some instances, the digital camera flash may alter an items color. This is not an acceptable reason for a return / refund request.

17.) All measurements are close approximations.

18.) If you are the high bidder and are picking up your item(s) in person, you will have to show a government issue photo I.D. (NO exceptions)

19.) Please come prepared and bring your own help and packing material as there will be NO on-site packing materials or help available to load your item(s).

20.) If you prefer to have your smaller item(s) shipped, your only option is the UPS store located at 223 Salt Lick Road, St. Peters, MO 63376. They can be reached at 636-397-2750.

21.) It is advisable that you call the UPS store prior to bidding so that you have a better understanding of the total cost associated with your purchase.

22.) We will deliver your smaller item(s) to that UPS store within 48 hours of the auction's conclusion. The UPS store will call you to make all of the necessary packing, insured shipping, and payment arrangements directly with you.

23.) If you prefer to have a large item(s) shipped directly to you, it will be entirely up to you to make all of the necessary packing, insured shipping, and payment arrangements with the shipper of your choice.

24.) You will have exactly 14 days from the conclusion of the auction to complete the large item(s) shipping process.

25.) Estate Auction Pros, LLC will NOT be held liable for any damage during shipment claims, and we will NOT get involved in any shipping disputes. It is advisable that you have your item(s) shipped insured.

26.) Any damage during shipment claims will be filed solely by you with the courier in question.

27.) If you prefer to pick up your large item(s) in person, you will have exactly 10 days from the conclusion of the auction to complete the large item, in person pick up process.

28.) CHOICE OF LAW, JURISDICTION, and AND VENUE: Any legal disputes will be governed by Missouri law and will be settled in a Saint Charles County Court, in St. Charles, Missouri.

29.) Estate Auction Pros, LLC and Seller(s) will NOT be held liable for any accidental loss that you may incur while bidding on, picking up, transporting, or using your item(s) after the auction - including but not limited to personal bodily injury and property damage.

30.) HiBid.com is providing internet bidding as a service to bidder.

31.) Bidder acknowledges and understands that this internet bidding service may or may not function correctly throughout the course of this online auction.

32.) Should the internet service or on-line auction software fail to perform correctly throughout the course of this online auction, under no circumstances shall the bidder have any claim rights against HiBid.com, Estate Auction Pros, LLC, or Seller(s).

33.) Estate Auction Pros, LLC reserves the right to withdraw items in this auction.
