Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting an Awesome Somers CT Estate Sale on Sunday Dec 18th from 9am-2pm. To start off you will find some wonderful Mid Century glass pieces! Mid Century furniture, antiques, vintage clothing, huge owl collection, record albums, games, glass ware, china, vintage Christmas decorations, vintage kitchenware, linens, fabric, massive vhs collection, books, ephemera, old photos, cameras, art, prints, collectibles, tools, hardware, scrap, yard & garden supplies, lawn décor, household goods, knick-knacks & so much more… Don’t miss our last sale of 2022! It’s well worth the ride!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you! Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure you stay & are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier). Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale. If you have any questions please feel free to give us a call or email! Cash & Credit Cards accepted Another sale brought to you 774 287-0300
