All large items will need to be picked up from the estate/auction location. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/bidder to contact Auction 18, LLC in regards to shipping arrangements. All items will tentatively ship the week following the auction ending. Please allow a MINIMUM of 10-12 business days for shipments to be prepared for drop off. A 15% buyers premium will be added to the highest bid/total purchase price. Payment in full will be charged to the winning bidder upon the closing of the auction. No credit card charge backs allowed. Mississippi 7% SALES TAX IS CHARGED unless a resale tax permit/exemption number is on file. All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without any guarantees or warranties from Auction 18, LLC. All item details can be found under the "Item Description" section of each listing. Auction 18, LLC. describes each item to the best of their ability. It is the sole responsibility of each bidder to personally inspect each item he/she wishes to bid on as well as carefully read the item descriptions. Items are sold AS IS with YOU making the decision in regard to authenticity. No refunds will be given post auction closing. **A valid credit/debit card is required at registration to participate in this auction** **HIBID AUCTIONS FEATURE AN AUTO BID EXTEND/SOFT CLOSING** AUCTION END TIMES: Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction item scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3-minute time frame.
