This charming estate is full of remarkable and delightful items that were lovingly curated and cared for by their late 99-year-old owner. Many of the items have been in the family for multiple generations and came from the East Coast -- primarily New York and Massachusets. Due to the estate being located inside a large private apartment complex, the sale is operating by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
