Bearcreek Estate & Auction Services Deanna Martin, Auctioneer, NCAL #9743 Bear Creek Estate & Auction Services and all staff (Auctioneer/Company) represent the sellers and at no time represent the buyer/bidder. All items are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS without warranty, expressed or implied. ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS/REFUNDS. Buyer is responsible for inspection of items. Please look at all pictures carefully and read descriptions. The Auctioneer/Company accepts no responsibility for incorrect descriptions, errors or omissions either made in ads or given by the Auctioneer. All information is from sources deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. Know what you are bidding on. Bidder is solely responsible for items purchased immediately following your winning bid, and for the safe and timely pickup of all items you win during the auction. Auction staff is not available to help with moving, dismantling or loading items. Please bring your own packing material, moving equipment and help. All bidders must be registered to participate in the auction. Please provide Name, Address, Phone and Email address. When you are the winning bidder on an item, you have legally entered into a binding contract and will be obligated to pay for that item. Auction may consist of several consignors/estates. Anyone entering the pick-up site is doing so at their own risk. The sellers nor Auction Company/Staff assume any responsibility for your safety during the removal period. PAYMENT, FEES and TAXES: All items must be paid for in full prior to removing from auction site. We accept cash, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, credit and debit cards (a 3% convenience fee will be charged for credit/debit card charges). Sorry, no checks (no exceptions). There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to all final bids. A 7% Sales Tax will be added to all final bids and Buyer’s Premium. Payment is not automatically charged at end of auction. Payment is due at time of pickup or prior to shipping. |

Greensboro, North Carolina Bidding Soft Close starts at 6pm ET on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 Absolute Online Auction of an exceptional collection of Nutcrackers ranging from 6" to 6' tall, including a large lot of Steinbach Nutcrackers in original boxes. ONLINE AUCTION DATES/TIMES: Online bidding will start at 8:00 am ET on Friday, November 25th, with a soft close on Wednesday, November 30th beginning at 6pm ET, closing at 2 items per minute with 1-minute extensions. Auction will complete approximately 9:00 pm ET. RESERVE ITEMS. No reserves, everything will be sold! INVOICES: Invoices will be sent to winning bidders at email on file by end of day on Friday, December 2nd. PAYMENT & FEES: Payment is made at time of pick up so you can pay with cash or card. We accept Cash, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp and Credit/Debit cards (3% fee added), sorry no checks. Sales tax of 7% will be assessed on all purchases. A 10% Buyers Premium is in effect on all lots. PICKUP: Pickup will be held on Saturday, December 3rd, from 9am - 3pm ET. location is in a large warehouse on Market Street in the area of Hwy70/N. O'Henry Blvd. in Greensboro, NC Exact address will be provided to winning bidders only with invoice. Buyer is responsible for dismantling and removing all items as needed. Auction staff will not be available to assist. Please bring all tools, packing material and help needed to remove your items. Directional signs will be posted around the pickup area.
