When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.

The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction. No Cash or Checks accepted at time of pickup. If items are shipping to your location, there will be two charges made to the Credit Card on file you registered with. One for the item, the other for Shipping when it is packed & ready to ship.

Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Date: Friday December 9th -10:00am till 2:00pm, If you need to have your items shipped, please contact us before the end of pickup time. Shipping is available on smaller items only! Appliance Driveway Delivery availalbe on Appliances with in 30miles of Belmond for additional $75.
Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the property of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.


By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions. Sorry no International Bidding/Shipping on this Auction.

Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids, ommissions or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
