You must be Pre-Approved to Bid. Fill out form and email back if you have not done so previously or if your information needs to be updated.

NOTES:

Hotmail, MSN, Outlook and a few other email users: If you do not receive an invoice after the auction is closed, check your spam/junk mail/promotions folder. If you cannot find the invoice, I suggest you login to Apro, go to "My Account" and click on the Invoice tab after the auction. Check at about an hour after the auction closes or the next day.
If you can, add apro.bid and stokesauction.com as approved domains.

• MIN BID is the NEXT bid required to place a bid over and above the current bid.
• Bidding will extend for two minutes when a bid is placed within two minutes of closing.
• You can leave a "max-bid" and the platform will bid in proxy for you.
• If you bid and see "winning," wait for about 30 seconds to make sure there is not a max-bid in the queue, if so, it will flash "losing" if your bid was not higher. This is essential during the auction closing when the bid extends for 2 minutes.
• High bidders will be emailed their invoice after the entire auction has ended. Please make sure your email is correct and your spam filters on your ISP are not too high. If you do not receive your invoice, please check your personal spam/junk mail box or sign onto Apro and view your invoice, typically available shortly after close of the auction.
• DO NOT BID if you think you cannot pay or pick up your items. Non-payment or not picking up will result in being suspended from any future bidding at our auction or on Apro.

• Out-of-state buyer

  Be prepared to provide two forms of ID showing your name and matching out of state address. You will be required to provide either a legal license plate for transport, a trailer or a three day move permit. (We may have these on hand for purchase, they cost $33). Also, it is the out-of-state buyer's responsibility to verify the vehicle they are buying is legal in their state and that the title work, or releases will be sufficient.
  Do be aware that a Washington release of interest (ROL) will not be sufficient to use outside this state. Any vehicle sold with a ROL to an out-of-state buyer must be processed within Washington, this means sales tax and filing fees will be collected.
