Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting another Fabulous Medfield Estate Sale on Friday Dec 9th from 9am-2pm. This sale has something for everyone! To start off you will find a great selection of vintage toys, vintage Barbies & Barbie play sets, games, record albums, Rock & Roll posters & magazines, vintage stereo console, electronics, vintage record players, radios, vintage Christmas, furniture, bedroom & living room furniture, Mid Century decor, costume jewelry, collectibles, tools, hardware. refrigerator, washing machine & dryer, kitchenware, yard & garden supplies, knick-knacks, household goods & so much more… Don’t miss out on this one!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you! Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure you stay & are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier). Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
