An amount equal to 10% of highest bid will be added to that bid to determine the Total Contract Price. A non-refundable deposit equal to ten percent of the Total Contract Price must be made to the auction company today either in cash, good check with ID. or bank letter of credit. The balance of the Total Contract Price will be due within 30 days at the closing of this transaction.
