The lots listed will be offered at a public auction by Richard A. Olson & Associates as agents for the consignor subject to the following terms and conditions. By bidding at auction, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.

Everything is sold "AS IS/WHERE IS" with no warranties, representation or guarantees expressed, implied or otherwise given. All sales are final. Conditions of Items Sold: a) All information is believed to be accurate, but the auction company shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse.

Richard A. Olson & Associates retains the right to govern goods and services sold to clients and to maintain the level and integrity of our business. RO & Assoc has the right to pause or terminate the auction at any time or to withdraw any item from the auction.

Payment Terms:
1) 15% Buyer's Premium rate will be charged to all winning bids in this auction. No additional fee for credit card.
2) If you are paying by check, ACH payment or paying when you pick up, please notify us so your card does not get charged. Call 815-942-4266 or email olsonauction@live.com.
3) Invoices need to be paid within 7 days or your card will be charged.
4) We will not accept payments over the phone.
5) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card.
6) All invoices over $1000 must be paid by bank wire, cash, ACH or check unless otherwise specified by the auction company. New Bidders with invoices over $2500 must pay via bank wire, check or ACH. Any invoices over $5000 must be paid by bank wire, check or ACH.
7) Richard A. Olson & Associates reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank. The purchaser agrees to pay Richard A. Olson & Associates a handling charge of $25 for any check dishonored by the Bank.
8) Delinquent Accounts: The bidder that has not paid for or has not removed their items from the auction site after 10 days, will be subject to the cost of storage, transportation, re-sale, deficiency balances, collection fees, and any legal fees for recouping a loss due to the bidder's negligence.

Pick-up Terms:
1) Local buyers may choose to pick up items instead of being shipped. No items will be removed until they have been paid for.
2) All items must be picked up in the posted time period following the auction unless arrangements were made with the auction company prior to bidding. If items are not removed by this time they will be considered abandoned and forfeited. This does not apply if the buyer chooses to have the items shipped.
3) Loading & Removal: RO & Assoc does not lend, lease, or borrow any equipment, nor deliver sold goods. Buyer is responsible for their own removal of all items. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may need. Please bring assistance to move heavy items to your vehicle and any tools for dismantling. Persons removing goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify the Auction Company from liability therefore. Neither the Auction Company nor his principal or seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises in which the sale is held.

Shipping Terms (not all auctions allow shipping):
1) Buyer pays ALL Shipping Costs such as Postage, Materials, Handling, and Insurance.
2) We will ship to the address that is on your invoice. Please be sure your address under your Hibid.com Profile is correct before beginning to bid. We reserve the right to refuse any request to ship to a different address.
3) Most items will be shipped by our in-house shipping team via USPS or UPS.
4) We reserve the right to reject "drop-offs" to local shipping companies.
5) If you are out of state, we will automatically ship your items unless you tell us otherwise.

Absentee/Floor Bids: We carry out written bids given to us prior to the sale for the convenience of clients who are not present at the auction in person or wish not to place bids on the website. If we receive bids on a particular lot for identical amounts (and are the highest bids on the lot), it will be sold to the bidder whose bid was received and accepted first.

Online Bids: We do not accept liability for equipment failure, inability to access the internet, or software malfunctions related to the execution of online bids. To avoid the possibility of any error in entering or acceptance of an online bid, it is recommended you try various access points such as computer, tablet and phone for best results.

Reserves: Any and all items that RO & Assoc agrees to sell are subject to a reserve as per Illinois State Auction Law.

Requiring a credit card to register ensures that you are not bidding against people who have no intention of purchasing the items. We are fully PCI complaint.
