All purchases must be removed at scheduled pickup date Thurs. March 9th by scheduled appointment unless being shipped.

The auction will close at a rate of 5 lots every minute. This auction features extended bidding. Moyer Auctions online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time, however, our auctions have an 'Auto-Extend' feature.

Any bid placed within the final 5 minutes results in the bidding on that lot automatically extending by 5 minutes. The bidding will extend in 5 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids and the lot sits idle for 5 minutes.

This allows all bidding parties the opportunity and no one to be outbid in the last seconds without having the opportunity to bid again - just like a live auction.

Auction pickup will be Thursday March 9th from 9am-6pm by appointment.

Shipping is available, please call the office to make arrangements. The invoice amount and shipping amount will be paid separately. Once your invoice has been paid you will receive a second email with shipping information which can be paid online.

10% Buyer's premium on all purchases.

Erie Co. sales tax of 8.75% unless tax exempt with a NYS resale certificate on file or the items are being shipped out of state.

Moyer Auction & Estate Co. reserves the right to require a cash, wire transfer or certified check for large purchases.

WE DO NOT TEST ANY ITEM TO OPERATE OR RUN. Although most items will operate nicely that we sell, we sell only on the exterior appearance of the item, not on its ability to operate or run. No exceptions to this rule. These are used toys and trains and in many cases decades old. Some may be repainted, restored or a reproduction.

The pickup window is the pickup window. If you cannot remove the items within this time, please call to make arrangements BEFORE the auction ends or consider not bidding

We are not a barn sale, a moving company, or a big-box store. We are at the location of the auction for the hours listed above.

Be prepared to move your own items. Bring additional labor/help if necessary. Please bring help to remove your items in a timely manner.

Payment at pickup by Cash, NY check, Visa/MC. 10% Buyer's Premium NYS Sales Tax as required, Erie Co. rate is 8.75% All purchases must be removed at scheduled pickup date Thurs. March 9th by scheduled appointment unless being shipped. Shipping is available & handled in-house. Please add Randy@MoyerAuction.com to your email contact list to prevent emailed invoices & notices from going to spam/junk folders. The auction will close at a rate of 5 lots every minute. This auction features extended bidding. Moyer Auctions online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time, however, our auctions have an 'Auto-Extend' feature. Any bid placed within the final 5 minutes results in the bidding on that lot automatically extending by 5 minutes. The bidding will extend in 5 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids and the lot sits idle for 5 minutes. This allows all bidding parties the opportunity and no one to be outbid in the last seconds without having the opportunity to bid again - just like a live auction. Auction pickup will be Thursday March 9th from 9am-6pm by appointment. Shipping is available, please call the office to make arrangements. The invoice amount and shipping amount will be paid separately. Once your invoice has been paid you will receive a second email with shipping information which can be paid online. 10% Buyer's premium on all purchases.
