With the New Year, we're starting with a really extraordinary sale in the heart of Sun City Grand. The amazing owners of this property used to travel around the world and many of the pieces you'll find were carefully hand-selected over the years and different continent/countries trips. This home also presents a great number of Midcentury furniture, including original Danish design Midcentury wood chairs, buffet/console, corner china/plate hutch, as well as the same brand "Made in Denmark" coffee table, nesting side table set and a rocking chair. 

One of the key pieces in this household is a great collection of different coins, incuding commemomative annual coin sets. We have US mint coin sets, as well as Canadian Royal Mint sets. Some of the more interesting coin sets here are also Commemorative 1980 US Olympic coin set, and a great collection of commemorative medals. This household also has a complete service for 8 sterling flatware set by Northumbria. You may also expect to find a great amount of costume jewelry here, as well as some sterling jewelry, along with gold pieces as well, mostly 10k and 14k. We also have a great and one-of-a-kind Jade sculpture available for purchase - made out of heitian Jade vintage carved bull in original case. 

The office has quite a few vintage cameras - vintage Polaroid cameras, Eastman Kodak, couple different Brownies, a Yahama guitar, geode bookends, wireless large MFC printer, as well as a great selection of different vintage electronics, vinyl records, etc. 

You may expect a some truly breath-taking clothing pieces in the master bedroom and master closet, such as vintage midcentury coats (Pendleton vintage wool coat), robes, dresses, skirts, beautiful hats, vintage leather purses including brands such as Coach and Anne Klein, shoes, scarves. This is also where we will present the collectible San Francisco 49ers baseball hats from the 80's. 

The collectible glass is also worth mentioning - as there are some beautiful bohemian aperitif/digestif glasses, Baccarat condiment jar with lid, Kosta Boda crystal small bowl, midcentury ceramics, brass bowls and planters from around the world, as well as good amount of astonishing cloisonne items. There are also some native and South American carved figures, Persian knives, vintage watches, vintage games, among others. The art pieces present within this household are from different eras - some original paintings, and many lithographs, etchings and prints are signed by the artist. 

The patio features a medium size Soleri bell, vintage white wrought iron patio furniture, a glider, two different table and chairs patio sets, a great number of gardening tools, planters, plants, garden and patio decor.
