Listing Information
Antique collection curated over fifty years. We are representing the estate of a local retired Air Force Major whose passion was sourcing and procurring choice antique furnishings for his two-of-a-kind home. His house is a hand-built replica of the Grandison D. Royston home located in Washington, Arkansas, which was built in 1833. The Major and his wife set out to furnish and decorate their unique home in time period antiques, primarily from the 1830's through the early 1900's and some beyond. You will find a flamed maple buffet, antique garniture sets, original oil paintings, a pigeon-hole secretary, hand-woven rugs, parlor sofas, silver serviceware, lamp & game tables, lamps, dining table sets, a portable bar of crystal in wooden case from Austria, time pieces / clocks, trunks, primitives, mirrors with more to come. NO SMOKE or ANIMALS! This catalog will be built and edited through March 20th, 2023. Preview dates will be Thursday March 23rd from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Friday March 24th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. @ 219 Butler Creek Road, Sulphur Springs, AR. 72768 Northwest Arkansas There is a 3% discount for cash buyers.
