Shipping will NOT be offered for this pickup. Location will be closing so all items not picked up during these dates will be forfeit and buyer will not receive a refund.

If a buyer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccuate information. The buyer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic conditon, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities.

If an item is not labeled as "works" or "new" there is no guarantee that it will function. We inspect each item as best as we can, but it is up to the bidder to inspect the item on one of our inspection days, or before removing the items from the building, if they feel it is necessary. Our preview days for this auction are 1/4, 1/9, 1/10, 2/22 from 9am-2:30pm, except 12pm-1pm when we close for lunch. BIDDING: Bidding on the first lot will close 2/23 at 5:00pm, with each successive lot delayed slightly. If a bidder places a bid within the last 2 minutes, the end time will be extended. Full terms of the auction can be found on HiBid. PAYMENT: We are unable to accept cash or checks. The card entered into our site will be charged the day following the auction's close. At that time you will receive an email with your invoice and instructions for pickup. PICKUP: Pickup for this auction is 2/27, 2/28, and 3/1 from 9am to 3:30 pm, except from 12-1pm when we close for lunch. You must bring a copy of your invoice to pick up your items. If you do not pick up on this date, your items WILL be re-listed and your purchase WILL NOT be refunded. You will be responsible for removing your won items from the building yourself. Buyers who have purchase 15 or more large item lots may reach out to schedule a pickup later than the last pickup on 3/1. Buyers must reach out no later than 2/28 to make these arrangements.
